Very good coffees and convenient location.
I'm here yesterday morning and this morning again. The coffees are same as the good Starbucks in the United States. Better than some of the busy ones.
They're not very busy at the morning and the cashiers are nice. -

Best starbucks experience I had in London. I stayed near the Tower in November, and this Starbucks was right by our tube stop. We ended up finding two other ones closer to the Tower itself, however they felt very touristy and not local. This store was or stopping point every morning, and my travel companion and I - both being Seattle starbucks partners - had very high expectations. This store and their baristas delivered every morning, perfectly. Thank you for making me feel welcome in your wonderful city and starting every morning right! Your team performed excellently and truly delivered the Starbucks experience to every customer that walked through the door. Well done!

Only been there once, but the iced lattes we had were not good. Both had a bad aftertaste, like something hadn't been cleaned or the milk was a bit off. It was shortly after they opened on a weekend, but that's when you need coffee, right?
Layout is fine and the one guy working was nice enough, but I go to Starbucks for consistently average coffee on virtually any street corner, and this was well below average. -

It's like any other SB - soul sucking blah. And 50% of the bathrooms were broken.
